Montreal food part 1:

Thought I would blog a few of my favourite places to eat/grab coffee so far in Montreal.
I have been here one week now, and I am on an incredibly tight budget so these places are also good value!

1. St Viateur Bagels

I went to the one on Monkland Avenue, but the more famous one is located at:
263 St Viateur Ouest Montreal.
These bagels are legendary.
They are baked fresh, they are so filling and they are cheap.
I had this one bagel filled with mozzarella cheese, spinach, relish and 3 meats! Ham, Prosciutto, and Salami.
It was so delicious and it was $11 including soup and a coffee.
Great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch

2. Qing Hua Dumplings

Located: 1676 Ave Lincoln Montreal, QC
Most delicious dumplings Ive had!
You get 15 dumplings per plate and it costs between $8-$10
My personal favourite: Pork and Green Onion (steamed not fried)
Good one to try.

3. Melk

Located: 5612 Monkland Avenue Montreal
Great little coffee shop.
They dont sell sandwiches or anything, but they make mean little desserts and a great coffee.
The decor' is very quaint and sweet. Nice place to sit and relax.
Coffee/drinks are between $3 - $6

Thats all for now folks.
I will be going to a Chocolate Bar in a few days so I will blog about that when I get the chance.
