I have two more days here in Ostional at the turtle refuge.
I would highly recommend this project to anyone.
I booked my project through Global Work and Travel, but you can go through other companies also such as IVHQ.
You work about 6-8 hours a day, mainly at night or very early mornings, as we patrol the beaches for turtles who are coming to nest.
The Refuge station where you live is basic but all you need.
And you get three meals per day covered for you.
The one thing that is a little bit of a bummer is that we only get one day off a week, but like I said we usually work at night, so technically we have most of the day free to do as we please.
On the 3rd I take a bus back to San Jose, where I will spend just 1 and a half days, then I am heading back to Vancouver.
Thankyou Costa Rica, it has been amazing.
Pura Vida!
